At a recent event hosted by the Kshatriya Seva Samiti, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy lauded Pan-India star Prabhas for his significant contribution to globalizing Telugu cinema. Revanth Reddy specifically highlighted Prabhas's role in the monumental success of Baahubali, stating, “Prabhas, who did Baahubali, brought recognition to Telugu cinema. We cannot imagine the character without Prabhas.” His remarks underscore the profound impact Prabhas has had not only within Tollywood but also on the broader film industry, including Bollywood.

During the event, Revanth Reddy also took the opportunity to honor the memory of the late actor Krishnam Raju, acknowledging the enduring legacy he has left behind in the film industry. Additionally, he spoke warmly of Ram Gopal Varma, recognizing his achievements and referring to him as a dear friend. This reflection on past icons of Telugu cinema highlights Reddy’s appreciation for the contributions of key figures in the industry.

On the political front, Revanth Reddy discussed the Congress party’s recent successes in southern states such as Karnataka and Telangana. He attributed part of this success to the strategic efforts of Bosuraju, who played a pivotal role in these victories. Reddy's comments reveal a broader narrative of political triumphs aligning with the achievements of notable figures in both the film and political arenas.
