Raghu Rama Krishna Raju, the former YCP rebel MP, has emerged as a key critic of Jagan Mohan Reddy, having been the first to openly oppose the YCP leader when others hesitated. RRR's bold stance has since inspired a wave of disgruntled YCP leaders to leave the party, contributing to what many perceive as YCP's historic downfall.

In a recent statement regarding his dissent from the YCP, RRR asserted, “I knew about Jagan’s fate in the first six months itself after observing his method of operations. But when I started to express my dissent, no one in YCP dared to come out, even knowing full well about Jagan’s mentality. Towards the end, in the final couple of months, people started coming out after realizing YCP is an ‘excuse me’ party.”

RRR's remarks reflect his foresight about Jagan's political trajectory, suggesting that he anticipated the YCP leader's decline even before political rivals like Chandrababu Naidu. His persistent opposition since 2019 has marked him as a pivotal figure in the shifting political landscape of Andhra Pradesh.

Today, RRR holds a respected position in the TDP after winning the Undi assembly seat, indicating a successful transition from his turbulent years under Jagan's rule. With newfound stability and influence, he appears to be thriving in his current political role.
