At the inaugural state conference for Tamiliga Vettri Kazhagam in Vikravandi, Villuppuram, actor-turned-politician Vijay delivered a powerful speech aimed at the ruling BJP at the national level and the DMK in Tamil Nadu, though he refrained from directly naming either party.
