Posani Krishna Murali, known for his controversial and offensive language during the YCP tenure, has announced his retirement from politics, citing personal reasons and the well-being of his family. Previously, Posani was vocal in his criticisms of political figures like Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan, even making offensive remarks about Kalyan’s daughter. However, after the NDA government took charge in Andhra Pradesh, Posani’s tone shifted dramatically. He became less aggressive and refrained from making controversial statements. In the past few days, the past came back to haunt him as Andhra Pradesh police filed 22 complaints against him for his prior remarks. Faced with the mounting legal pressures, Posani announced his retirement from political commentary. He claimed that he was no longer interested in praising, criticizing, or abusing political figures, stressing that his decision was made to protect his family.

Though Posani tried to downplay external influences on his decision, many believe that the legal actions were a significant factor.
