In a recent development regarding the Sandhya theatre incident, which has sparked widespread debate in the Telugu states, Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has expressed his thoughts on the matter. Allu Arjun was arrested and later released on bail in connection with the controversial episode, which led to significant public discussion.

Pawan Kalyan did not place blame on any individual or group but stated that Allu Arjun and his team should have taken more responsible steps in the aftermath of the incident. He suggested that someone from Allu Arjun’s team should have reached out to the affected family immediately, using the words, “Gotitho poyyedanni goddali daaka techukunnaru.”

Pawan also praised the handling of the situation by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who supported the industry with benefit shows and ticket pricing adjustments while maintaining impartiality in law enforcement. Pawan Kalyan emphasized that no one, not even film stars, should be above the law.

Additionally, Pawan clarified that the arrest had nothing to do with Allu Arjun allegedly forgetting Revanth Reddy’s name, as suggested by some reports. He also drew a parallel with Chiranjeevi, noting how the star used to attend film screenings with fans but took precautions to avoid being recognized.
