The duplex apartment spans a built-up area of 529.94 square metres (roughly 5,704 square feet) with a carpet area of 481.75 square metres (approximately 5,185.62 square feet). The sale was finalized in January 2025, as per the property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.

Amitabh Bachchan had purchased this apartment in April 2021 for Rs 31 crore. The sale price of Rs 83 crore marks an incredible 168% increase in the property’s value over nearly four years. The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 4.98 crore, along with registration charges of Rs 30,000.
