The Times of India Swine flu toll 150 till June, up from 2023 tally of 129

As of June 30, nearly 150 deaths due to seasonal influenza A (H1N1), also known as swine flu, were reported across India. Punjab, Gujarat, Haryana, and Maharashtra had the highest fatalities. Delhi reported 1,563 cases but no deaths this year. Surveillance continues to monitor potential virus mutations, according to Dr Neeraj Nischal of AIIMS Delhi.
