Senior actor Srikanth opens up about divorce rumors

For the past couple of days, there have been rumors that senior actor Srikanth and his wife Uma Maheshwari, popularly known by her stage name, Ooha are ending their marriage and going for divorce. Rumors were rife that the couple had a fallout regarding a financial matter and they would be parting ways very soon.
But Srikanth had none of it and he issued a media communication regarding the rumors a short while back.
"I don't even know where these rumors originated from. I don't know who is behind this malicious campaign that is hurtful and offensive. A few websites and media portal have written that I and Ooha are operating over financial disputes. This is rubbish. I request the public not to engage in such fake and misleading narratives. I and my wife Ooha are living in harmony" Srikanth stated.
"Ooha got to know about these rumors when her friends forwarded it to her. She later shared them with me and we were in a state of shock after knowing about it. I request the Cyber crime department to take stern action against those spreading such malicious news about celebrities just or the sake of their publicity and viewership" Srikanth further added.
