Naga Chaitanya and Akhil's strong reply to Balakrishna

Nandamuri Balakrishna, speaking at the recently held success meet event of Veera Simha Reddy made a wild comment. He referred to the legendary SV Ranga Rao as "aa Ranga Rao ee Ranga Rao" and then took a dig at the Akkineni family calling them the Thokkineni family.
In this context, the younger men from the Akkineni family, Naga Chaitanya and Akhil have come down at Balakrishna, albeit in an indirect manner.
"Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao garu, Akkineni Nageswara Rao garu and S.V Ranga Rao gar's creative contributions have been the pride and pillars of Telugu Cinema. Disrespecting them is degrading ourselves.” Akhil, and Chaitanya wrote in their individual social media posts.
These statement from the younger generation Akkineni heroes can be considered as a subtle reply to Balakrishna's comment at Veera Simha Reddy event.
It has to be seen if Balakrishna will take all of this backlash into consideration and issue an apology over his comment in the near future.
