Sharmila sent to remand for 20 days

YS Sharmila has turned out to be a firebrand politician in Telangana politics and she has now started to turn even more aggressive.
The latest news is that Sharmila has been sentenced to 20 days remand for assaulting a police office on duty.
Sharmila was shifted to Cherlapalli jail last night and she is having to serve the 20 days remand as sentenced by a sessions court in Hyderabad.
Earlier, the YSRTP chief had slapped and pushed away a female police officer who was on duty. Sharmila was seen assaulting the officer who was designated with the job of holding Sharmila in house arrest.
Sharmila is now having to serve 20 days remand jail time. She is expected to apply for bail soon and it has to be seen if these efforts will pay off or if she will have to serve full 20 days jail time.
Incidentally, Sharmila's mother Vijayamma had also slapped a police officer later in the day yesterday. It as to be seen if she too will have to serve jail time for the same.
