The YCP government had faced a whole lot of backlash after they attacked Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu's roadshow in Chittoor district. This was a heated political development back then.

Cut to now, a similar incident has happened in Lokesh's Yuvagalam yatra the other day and shocking facts from the same have emerged now.

According to a report on Eenadu, Lokesh completed his Yatra in Bhimavaram and started walking towards Taderu. All of a sudden, YCP troops started pelting stones at the TDP leaders. They allegedly attacked with sticks as well and they beat up the TDP leaders.

TDP leaders were shocked by this attack as the YCP troops attacked from 3 sides. They were reportedly throwing stones from the top of buildings, thus injuring ex MLA Sivaramaraju and even a police constable. A Yuvagalam volunteer has also sustained serious injuries.

TDP troops then breathed fire on the police department for not taking any action against the YCP troops while they wreaked havoc by pelting stones and attacking with sticks.

Lokesh was anguished with the same and he sat down for a protest. He was later pacified by the police and he then continued on the Yatra after the police promised to take action against the cuprits.

Meanwhile, these continuous attacks on TDP's public shows are hinting that the YCP government is scared of Lokesh's increasing popularity, say political analysts.
