OTT Watch: Disney+ Hotstar to be sold to Reliance

It is known that Walt Disney has been contemplating the idea of selling their OTT platform, Diseny+ Hotstar to potential buyers and move out of the Indian market.
Now, there is substantial progress in this regard as we are hearing that there are multiple business moves that are being made to acquire Disney+ Hotstar platform.
As per the latest updates, Reliance Industries, owned and operated by Mukesh Ambani is confirmed to get ahold of Disney+ Hotstar.
Reportedly, Reliance has made a big-money offer and they have caught the attention of Disney+ Hotstar ownership with the same. The deal is expected to be stuck soon and an official announcement will follow.
It looks for certain that Disney+ Hotstar's library will go to Reliance and the Ambani-led company will be in charge of the same. The exact financials of the deal will be out soon but there are reports that this will be a $100 million+ deal.
