It is a common practice for Tollywood superstars to invest in real estate in order to widen their portfolios. Almost every major league superstar has investments on real estate in and around Hyderabad.
One such popular location for these real estate investments of Tollywood bigwigs is Shankarpalle. Not too long ago, Jr NTR bought 6.5 acres of land in Shankarpalle on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Prabhas already owns a lavish farmhouse with huge acreage here.
Now, the new addition to the list of Tollywood stars who have invested in Shankarpalle real estate is Mahesh Babu.
Incidentally, Mahesh's wife Namrata was spotted at Shankarpalle Tahsildar office the other day. It was later revealed that Mahesh Babu household has bought 2.5 acres of land in Gopulapuram village in Shankarpalle and Namrata was at the Tahsildar office to get the same registered.
As it appears, Shankarpalle has emerged as a real estate hub for Tollywood bigwigs.
