There is no debating the fact that Pushpa 2 is one of the most anticipated Telugu film in the making and the stakes are high on this actioner which marks the coming together of Allu Arjun and Sukumar.
The latest update that we are hearing regarding Pushpa 2 is that the makers are taking a huge risk with regard to the USA theatrical release.
After a few rounds of failed discussion with certain US distributors due to high demands, Pushpa 2 is now going for an own release in the USA. Mythri Movie Makers have decided to release the film on their own in the USA.
The USA release will be facilitated by a local distributor on a commission basis. But the mainstay will be the self release by Mythri who are quoting a big price for the film but have no suitors.
Not often do big ticket films go for own release due to the huge costs involved and the tendency from the makers to cash out early and make some money by selling the rights before the release. But the exact opposite in the case of Pushpa 2 as the film is heading for own release by the producers.
