In a recent press meeting held in Hyderabad, choreographer Anee Master, known for her stint on Bigg Boss, publicly extended her support to fellow choreographer Jani Master, who is currently under police custody facing a POCSO case. During the press conference, Anee expressed her dismay over the cancellation of Jani's National Award, emphasizing that the situation warrants careful consideration given the unresolved nature of the case.

Anee acknowledged the severity of the allegations, stating, "If he is guilty, he should face the consequences." However, she also raised questions about the accusations, pointing out the complexity of the situation. She highlighted that the same victim had previously spoken positively about Jani, leaving her confused about the current allegations.

As a female choreographer, Anee noted her own experiences in the industry, asserting that she has never faced any casting couch situations. She voiced concern over the unsettling nature of the accusations against Jani, advocating for fairness as the legal proceedings unfold.

Furthermore, Anee mentioned that Jani’s wife had attempted to secure a dance union card for the victim, which was denied due to the union's regulations. She clarified that the denial was unrelated to Jani's position as President of the association, emphasizing that the rules govern who qualifies for such a card.

Members of the Dancers’ Union joined Anee in defending Jani Master, praising his character and his 25-year career free of complaints. They opposed the revocation of his National Award and called for the case to be handled judiciously, urging against the spread of false propaganda.
