Services: Plant-Based Mediterranean Personal Chef & Catering Services

Location: Aptos, Rio Del Mar, La Selva Beach only

Cooking and gardening are the greatest joy of my life and I'd love to bring them to you!

As a Mediterranean personal chef I will provide weekly grocery shopping; organic-farm-to-table-plant-based Mediterranean (French, Italian, Spanish & Moroccan) gourmet meals (appetizer, salad, entrée & dessert, plus wine-pairing) prepared in your own kitchen. Plus, catering services in the same line for your events up 10 people.

Additionally, I can plant herbes de Provence in your garden or start an herb garden for you (herb starters and planting cost paid by you). Fresh herbs, organic produce & high quality ingredients are the foundations of every single dish I prepare. You will be eating & enjoying delectable arts and not just foods.

My style of cooking is inspired by, and based, on Haute Cuisine (watch the French film ‘The Taste of Things’ if you are curious about this type of cuisine which is effectively organic French country).
