I have a Off Market investment opportunity ( or your next home) in Aledo Texas 76008 on a Private 1 Acre Lot.
House had a small fire in the garage, and it appears to be contained to this area only. If you look through the pictures, there doesn't even appear to be smoke damage or really any damage inside the house except the small entrance from the garage. Garage has been taken down to the studs, and looks as if there will be very minimal if any studs that need to be replaced. More than likely just needs to be re-sheetrocked.
