**re: Notary service - California does not permit remote online notarization. Signers and witnesses must be present with valid ID and be willing to sign & provide a fingerprint in order for us to notarize the documents.

**re: Process Serving - WE REQUIRE PAYMENT BEFORE SERVICE ATTEMPTS BEGIN. Rates include fuel costs, notarization, postage and court filing when applicable. We provide receipts for all payments and photos/due diligence statements for all serves.

** There are additional fees for service over 10 miles outside of the Fresno/Clovis city limits.

** Due to liability reasons we cannot accept assignments on military bases or tribal land.

**We are not attorneys, paralegals/legal document preparers, or private investigators. We can't prepare your paperwork, give you legal advice, or perform ongoing surveillance on anyone.
