Me and my mother are looking for one or two roommates to go in on an apartment in the Watauga area with. Rent and utilities will be split per person, meaning if we have one roommate you will pay a third and we will pay two thirds, and if we have two roommates we will pay half and you will pay half. You will pay the pet deposit for any animals you bring, and we will do the same.
Alternatively, we are also looking for homeowners in the Watauga area with bedrooms for rent. We are willing to pay up to $800/month with up to $300 security deposit for one bedroom with free access to a bathroom, kitchen facilities, and laundry facilities.
We do not smoke, and we drink socially on holidays. I have two jobs, and my mother is retired. Together we make roughly $2000/month. We have our own beds and minimal furniture, no pets, and currently no vehicle. We are fine with any animals or children, though we will not babysit for free
