We are an unmarried couple he is 54 she is 38 we are seeking a fun female roommate to live with us long-term.

You can park in front of the house there is ceiling fans in every room we have two large refrigerators in the kitchen so plenty of room to put your food.
We have Internet but we do not have TV service but you can stream whatever you like it just seems to be the thing nowadays.
Close to restaurants and stores in the area.
No pets please we have two dogs here.
The basic rules are keep your area clean and clean up your messes in the kitchen use your own things by your own soaps and personal items as well as laundry detergent.
