Our company is seeking reliable and experienced individuals to join our team on a 1099 or W2 basis.

**Position:** Plumbing and Electrical Contractors
**Prefer someone who lives or is open to work the following areas: Loudoun County, Prince William County and Fairfax County
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform plumbing/electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in plumbing or electrical work.
- Valid plumbing/electrical license or certification.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Own tools and transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

**Compensation:** Commission based on experience and project scope.
