Mumbai police said that Mihir Shah, arrested for killing a woman by crashing his BMW into her scooter, had consumed alcohol at two bars before the incident. Mihir forcibly took the car keys from the driver, Rishiraj Bidawat, and drove to Marine Drive after visiting a pub in Juhu. Mihir's father and Bidawat were also arrested; the former was granted bail.
