Always being passionate about health and wellness, and being a spiritual person herself, Monica instantly fell in love with yoga and meditation from day one when she joined one of the yoga classes a decade back. From then onwards, she became a studious yoga practitioner, realizing that it not only made her feel better on a physical side but also on the mental side as well, doing things she wouldn’t imagine she could do on and off of the mat. She was introduced to different styles of yoga Hatha, Shivananda, and later Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, and immediately connected with this style where asanas are connected through the breath flow for a transformative and balancing effect.She’s a certified yoga alliance teacher and a mindfulness coach. Monica is known for her accessibility, humor and loves empowering her clients and audiences to implement positive life changes through the power of mindfulness, self-awareness, and gratitude through her message, ”Self-care is not selfish.”
