AP chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy took part in the engagement ceremony of YS Raja Reddy, the elder son of YS Sharmila. The engagement was held in Hyderabad last night and it was a gala event. 

Despite the evident oddities in the relationship between Sharmila and Jagan which appears to have fallen apart, Jagan didn't hesitate to attend the wedding festivities of Sharmila's son.

Jagan gave a quick hug to Sharmila before going to the center stage to greet the newlyweds. However, there was an interesting incident here as Jagan called Sharmila to come forward and pose to the camera.

After seeing this video, netizens are commenting that it appears that Sharmila didn't pay heed to Jagan's request and didn't come forward to stand in front to pose to the camera. 

But perhaps this section of social media users are reading too much into what happened and it could even just be a case of unintentional ignorance. But either way, this video is going viral on social media now.

Jagan made a quick entry and exit at the event as he didn't spend much time at the venue. He came out quickly and returned to AP as per the official CM protocol.
