- Nara Lokesh, mangalagiri, political
Nara Lokesh faced a gutting defeat at the hands of YCP's Alla Ramakrishna Reddy back in 2019 when he lost be a margin of 5000 votes. But he is a determined man this term as he looks hungry for power.
Lokesh filed his nomination in Mangalagiri the other day and he was greeted by thousands of crowds at the same. Lokesh filed his nomination for the assembly election from Mangalagiri.
"Today, I wish to thank every single one of those residents of Mangalagiri, karyakarthas of @JaiTDP @JanaSenaParty, and \@BJP4Andhra
, who joined together in thousands, and filed my nomination for Mangalagiri on my behalf. Your enthusiasm and blessings are my strength. Together, we shall script history with a victory in Mangalagiri, wresting this seat from those who have left it torn with decades of misrule" Lokesh tweeted on this matter.
Lokesh is coming up against YCP's Murugudu Lavanya in the coming election and it has to be seen if he can emerge victorious at least this term. A defeat here could very well destroy Lokesh's political career for good and hence, the extra bit of effort is being put into his campaign this term.
