Through somatic movements and postural rehabilitation exercises, the somatic back pain relief boot camp will teach you how to release the chronic muscle tension around your back and activate associated muscles that are not doing their job to protect you from pain.

Bootcamp details:
· 4-week series.
· We meet ONLINE once each week at 60 minutes per session
· Sessions are 7:00pm -8:00pm Pacific Standard Time, USA on the following dates. Please cross reference with your local time zone: The email confirmation should reflect your local time zone. If you use a VPN with a different IP address, this will affect "your" local time shown.

This service is offered through Zoom to individuals who have a working device webcam, audio, and mic and a well-lit personal space set up for my viewing of their exercise execution. I verbally guide you through the steps and you perform the exercises. I do not offer virtual services to persons who want to attend anonymously. Attendees who have their webcam off or are not in view of the camera will be removed from the Zoom session with no refund.
· A yoga mat is recommended, dress comfortably, and be shoeless.
