The highly anticipated OnePlus Watch 3 is expected to launch soon as the successor to the OnePlus Watch 2, which debuted at MWC 2024. Recent reports have revealed several features of the smartwatch, but a new update has introduced the possibility of a Pro variant. According to a report, the "OnePlus Watch 3 Pro" was discovered in the source code of the OHealth app, alongside the Oppo Watch X2 series monikers. This suggests that the OnePlus Watch 3 Pro and Oppo Watch X2 could share similar designs, with the Oppo Watch X2 possibly being a rebranded version of the OnePlus Watch 3 models.

The OnePlus Watch 3 Pro and Oppo Watch X2 series were seen with the model number OPWWE251 and OWWE251, respectively, indicating a close link between the two brands' upcoming wearable devices. This follows the trend seen earlier when the Oppo Watch X was a reworked version of the OnePlus Watch 2.

In addition to these leaks, an earlier FCC listing for a OnePlus smartwatch with the model number OPWWE251 suggested a 631mAh battery and a 46.6mm x 47.6mm x 11.75mm size for one of the upcoming models. The new OnePlus Watch 3 may feature significant upgrades, including a rotating crown, an improved heart rate sensor suite, and an ECG feature to monitor heart rhythms. It is also expected to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 SoC and run on Watch OS 5 in combination with RTOS.

With these new details, it seems that OnePlus and Oppo are preparing to bring a set of impressive new wearables to the market soon, featuring advanced health tracking capabilities and enhanced designs.
