Nara Lokesh, the leader of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), has been vocal about his commitment to accountability through his "Red Book" initiative, a key element of his Yuvagalam Padayatra. This initiative aimed to document the grievances of TDP cadres who faced persecution under the YSR Congress Party (YCP) regime. Lokesh had pledged that once the NDA government came to power, those responsible for tormenting TDP members would be held accountable.

However, five months into the NDA's governance, discontent has surfaced among TDP cadres, who feel that little has been done to address their concerns. Many are frustrated that YCP leaders who caused them distress during Jagan Mohan Reddy's tenure, such as Kodali Nani and Vallabhaneni Vamsi, remain unpunished and active within the political arena. Cadres are voicing their dissatisfaction over the perceived inaction from the ruling government, which has not retaliated against the abuses directed at Chandrababu Naidu and his family by these leaders.

In response to this critical feedback, Lokesh announced a significant update regarding the "3rd chapter of the Red Book." Currently in the United States, he reassured TDP supporters that the first two chapters are already being implemented and that the third phase will launch soon. He hinted that key figures, including Gudivada MLA Veligandla Ramu and Gannavaram MLA Yarlagadda Venkat Rao, would play pivotal roles in this next stage, indicating that action against Nani and Vamsi is forthcoming.

Both Kodali Nani and Vallabhaneni Vamsi have not only been accused of verbally attacking Chandrababu and his family but are also facing multiple allegations of fraudulent activities within their constituencies. Their absence from Andhra Pradesh since the NDA government took office has only fueled speculation about their political futures.

With Lokesh promising to make Kodali Nani accountable for his actions in Gudivada and to hold Vallabhaneni Vamsi responsible as well, TDP cadres are hopeful that the third chapter of the Red Book will finally bring the consequences they believe are long overdue. The anticipated implementation of this chapter suggests that it could deliver serious repercussions for both YCP leaders, marking a significant shift in the political landscape of Andhra Pradesh.
