Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple invites the community to participate in the 6th annual KSHT Charity Walkathon to raise funds and serve children and families in need around Frisco. In addition, part of the funds raised will go to a local charity, as the chosen nonprofit for 2024. Registration will open soon for the upcoming Walkathon on Sat, Apr 27, 2024. All ages and abilities are welcome!

Sponsor must indicate by Thu, April 25 (via email to sponsorship@dallasHanuman.org) if they will staff 1 table with 1-2 representatives for the duration of the Walkathon only; If yes, KSHT Will provide 6ft table with 2 chairs. Setup must be completed by 7am and take down at 9:15am.

Sponsor Guidelines:

Sponsor table during KSHT Walkathon for Charity on Sat, April 27 (7am – 9:30am) in the designated area at 12030 Independence Parkway, Frisco, Texas 75035.

• KSHT will provide a table (6ft) and two chairs.
• KSHT reserves the right to remove sponsor table at KSHT discretion.
• No electricity provided. No music, boom box or speakers & TV monitors allowed.
• Sponsors may distribute flyers, gifts or any free items in at assigned table. No items may be against the principles of the KSHT nor have inappropriate content (alcohol, meat, indecency, etc).
• Sponsor may bring table clothes, decoration items, banners. Banner may displayed or hung from table top ONLY with tape, if needed.
• All items must remain within the designated Sponsor space.
• No drink or cooked food distribution allowed.
• Only commercially packaged edible items may be used for giveaways (ex: sealed bags of candy).
• No sales allowed at any Sponsor booths.

Sponsors are responsible for all their items and any security requirements. Approval is required for any
special arrangements. Please communicate these via email to sponsorship@dallashanuman.org. KSHT is
not responsible and is not liable in any way including for any loss or damage.
