Responsibilities:
• Performing administrative functions
• Contacting potential clients via phone, email and in person to support establishing strong relationships with clients
• Preparing financial and administrative reports
• Researching to create an effective marketing/ advertisement strategy
• Monitoring incoming and outgoing emails
• Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
• Supporting other departments with clerical tasks
