Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is demonstrating his commitment to public-friendly governance through decisive actions, stepping into the role of a strict yet necessary leader for the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). During a recent meeting with TDP MLAs and MPs, Naidu laid out clear directives on the party's conduct, emphasizing the importance of steering clear of liquor and sand syndicates.

In contrast to leaders like Jagan Mohan Reddy, who rarely engage with their MLAs post-election, Naidu is taking a hands-on approach. He regularly convenes meetings with party representatives to reiterate the need to avoid anti-social activities and syndicates. By referencing the downfall of Jagan and his party members, who misused their power and suffered a significant reduction in seats, Naidu aims to instill a sense of caution among his MLAs.

During the latest meeting, Naidu conveyed that seeking revenge against YCP leaders is not his approach, warning that such mindsets could lead to the state's deterioration. His comments reflected a statesmanlike perspective rather than typical political rhetoric, highlighting his desire for responsible leadership.

Naidu's consistent reminders and admonitions position him as a "headmaster" figure within the party, emphasizing discipline and accountability. This proactive strategy aims to keep TDP representatives aware of the consequences of their actions, reinforcing the need for ethical governance.

As Naidu continues to engage with his party members, the focus remains on maintaining integrity and steering clear of the pitfalls that have plagued other political leaders in the region.
