Nagarjuna was last seen in Ghost which turned out to be a disaster of epic proportion in terms of box office returns. The actor is now focused on materializing his upcoming project and the latest we hear is that he has zeroes in on an interesting preposition. 

Apparently, Nag has signed the Telugu remake of Malayalam super hit film. Porinju Mariam Jose. He comiissioned buzzing writer Prasanna Kumar Bezawada with the responsibility of scripting the remake and the latter is done with the same. After listening to the final narration, Nag is impressed with the way things shaped up and he signed the project. 

This project will be directed by Prasanna Kumar which will also mark his directorial debut. Prasanna had previously provided stories for films like Nenu Local, Cinema Chupista Mama and others. His most recent works include Dhamaka and Dhamki. 

The buzzing writer is now set to make his debut as a director with Nagarjuna's film. Srinivasa Chitturi will be funding this project and it will be officially announced very soon. More details about the cast and crew will follow shortly after.
