Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has resolved the uncertainty surrounding nominated posts in the state by finalizing the seat-sharing arrangement among the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), Jana Sena, and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). In a recent announcement, the state government revealed a list of 20 nominations, with TDP receiving the lion's share of 16 posts, while Jana Sena secured three and BJP was allotted one.

Initially, Jana Sena had requested a minimum of five to seven posts, but Naidu meticulously calculated the political landscape and determined the final allocations. The selected candidates for these posts were primarily loyal members of the party who had been patiently awaiting their opportunities.

Under this arrangement, Jana Sena was granted leadership of the Andhra Pradesh Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Corporation, the AP Trade Promotion Corporation, and the AP Township Infrastructure Development Corporation (APTIDCO). Meanwhile, the BJP received control over the 20 Point Formula.

Notable appointments include Abdul Aziz as the Chairman of the Wakf Board and Animini Ravi Naidu as the Chairman of the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP). This strategic decision aims to strengthen alliances within the NDA while rewarding loyal party members.
