The stage is set for Andhra Pradesh to see a clash between Jagan Mohan Reddy and his own sister YS Sharmila. In a new development, Sharmila has been appointed as the AP Congress chief. 

Sharmila has vowed to bring back the good old glory days for Andhra Pradesh and here is what she had to tweet in this context. 

“I promise to work faithfully towards rebuilding the party to its past glory in the State of Andhra Pradesh with total commitment and integrity .

On this occasion I would also like to thank @manickamtagore ji , and am looking forward to working closely with each and every Congress foot soldier. 

I also seek the support of @RudrarajuGidugu garu and every other leader of the party in the State , on whose experience and expertise I would like to build on to reach our set goals” Sharmila tweeted after taking charge as the new AP Congress chief.
