There is no debating the fact that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has made Pulivendula his bastion over the years. YSRCP is an unassailable force in all of Kadapa district and more so in the Pulivendula constituency. 

However, things might not be as straightforward for YS Jagan in his home turf of Pulivendula in the context of the coming elections in Andhra Pradesh. 

As it appears, YS Sharmila and YS Sunitha will be campaigning against Jagan on Congress's behalf in the coming polls. We can't be too surprised if one of them actually goes on to contest against Jagan in the polls either. 

Adding to that Dastagiri, the former driver of late YS Vivekananda Reddy has announced that he is contesting against Jagan in Pulivendula. He is seeing this as a token of revenge for the alleged killing of YS Viveka. 

Needless to say, TDP's customary candidate against Jagan is B. Tech Ravi who is pre[aring the ground for his campaign against YS Jagan. All in all, Jagan is set to face a tough time in this year's election while he is having to face so many opponents at once.
