The YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case is one of the most significant political turbulences in recent years and it has taken center stage again as Andhra Pradesh elections are fast approaching. While YS Sunith is fighting the case at the CBI court, a man named Krishna Reddy filed a case at the AP High Court against Sunitha.

Krishna Reddy stated that Sunitha threatened him that she would intentionally get him involved with the case if he didn't work under their command and speak in their favor through the course of the investigation. This case came to a hearing at the High Court and it resulted in the petitioner getting reprimanded by the bench. 

The court reprimanded Krishna Reddy and his lawyer for not filing a counter on this case even after being given sufficient time. The court questioned them how the case would move forward if they didn't file counters on the case that they themselves filed. The court then pushed the next hearing to 13 March. 

After filing the case against Sunitha, the petitioner had been rather stagnated with his defense. It has to be seen how the court takes the investigation forward.
