Resign CM post and come to polls: KTR challenges Revanth Reddy

Telangana's former IT Minister KTR has amped up the series of verbal attacks against his counterpart CM Revanth Reddy as Telangana heads for its intense Lok Sabha elections battle in the next few days.

On this matter, KTR has openly challenged Revanth Reddy for an electoral battle from Malkajgiri parliamentary constituency in the fast approaching general election.

"I am still standing on my word that Revanth got lucky with the CM post by lobbying in Delhi. If he wants to prove me wrong, he can come and contest from Malkajgiri MP constituency and prove his worth. First, he should quit the CM post and then come to contest from Malkajgiri. I will resign Siricilla MLA post and come to contest here. Let us see who has the clear public mandate in their favor" KTR challenged Revanth.

While it is too far fetched to challenge a CM to resign his post three months after he took it up, the seriousness of KTR's challenge is catching the attention as he has gone extremely aggressive against Revanth Reddy.
