The implementation of Andhra Pradesh's new liquor policy is being met with enthusiasm from the public, marking a return to quality liquor at reasonable prices after five years of dealing with adulterated products sold at inflated rates. In this context, CPI leader Narayana took to the streets to assess public opinion on the new policy.

A video that has gained traction on social media showcases Narayana visiting a wine shop, where he engages with customers about their experiences under the new policy. Many patrons expressed their satisfaction with the restored quality of liquor, with one individual openly criticizing former Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy for his administration's handling of the liquor issue. “This is good quality liquor with the right prices. We suffered a lot with old liquor,” a customer remarked, as Narayana left with a smile, encouraged by the positive feedback.

As a party that prides itself on being connected to the masses, the CPI, through leaders like Narayana, provides a voice for the public, regardless of electoral outcomes. Narayana's observations serve as a validation of the NDA government's efforts in improving the liquor supply situation.

Previously, Narayana had openly challenged Jagan's administration, highlighting the dangers of contaminated liquor and criticizing initiatives like the controversial Bhoo Raksha program. His efforts helped galvanize an anti-incumbency sentiment during Jagan's tenure.

With the new liquor policy in place and the public's largely positive reactions, Narayana's ground-level tour reinforces support for the NDA government in Andhra Pradesh, suggesting a shift towards more favorable governance.
