The other day, the chief minister of Telangana, Revanth Reddy stated that the former CM KCR had procured 22 Landcruiser cars. The combined value of these cars is Rs 66 crores with each costing Rs 3 crores on average.
Interestingly, these cars are stationed not in Hyderabad or any other part of Telangana but in Vijayawada. These cars are stationed at Veerapaneni Gudem in Vijayawada and this has caught the attention.
ABN has reported the location of the 22 Landcruiser cars and has suspected an alleged quid pro quo in the same. They reported that KCR entrusted Jagan with the responsibility of safeguarding these cars and would later take them to Telangana, presuming he would win the election.
The fact that the Telangana government's luxury cars were kept secretly in Vijayawada and that too in such a large quantity has caught the attention on social media.
It has to be seen what the Revanth Reddy government will do with these cars now. Will they send them back to the company and seek whatever price they can get? The suspense continues.
