The inspiration behind this video:
If KGF fans were having any doubts about the possibility of a third instalment, director Prashanth Neel has an answer: “KGF 3 will happen.” In an interview with Pinkvilla, Prashanth reassured fans of the franchise that the project is very much on the cards, and they hadn’t announced the third part just for the sake of it. He revealed that the script for the film is ready. However, the director joked that he might not return to helm the project himself.
“I don’t know if I am the director or not, but Yash will always be a part of it… On a serious note, KGF 3 will happen and we didn’t announce it for the sake of it,” he told the website. The director added that Yash is not someone who would make such claims for commercial gains. He added that they had locked the script for the third part even before the announcement. KFG 2 ended with the Indian Navy bombing the Rocky’s ship, along with all the gold he had accumulated. He was seen drowning in the ocean.
